“Quiet serenity in downtown CDMX”
The staff were great and the hotel was quiet, but our room got a bit hot.

The staff were friendly, the price matched the quality and location, and the place was clean; it's just a few minutes from the zócalo, and the billing process was efficient. On the day, inexpensive food is easy to find nearby. The rooftop terrace is nice and the interior style is pretty. The rooms are very small, so you can't even open a large suitcase fully. At night, the area around the hotel feels a bit scary to walk outside—dark, empty streets.

The location is good. Reception staff can sometimes be a bit unfriendly.

Only the location is good. The room is extremely small, there's no parking or even a parking agreement. We arrived very late and it took us a long time to find parking; if you drive, it's not recommended. The staff were super X, as if they had arrived at their own home, with zero attention or friendliness.
