The spot was spot on, and the place was spotless. The managers actually deliver what they promise, which is rare. Only downside: they didn't mention that the parking only accepts certain vehicles, and one of the rooms ran out of toilet paper and we had to improvise with no dish soap for the breakfast and dinner plates.

Location was decent, room was solid and the bed was a dream. But the communication was weak – the remote staff took ages to open the parking gate, forgot to give us the pedestrian gate code, and there was only one shower for two floors.

The hotel sits right across from the mall, which is handy. The only downside? The hot water had a timer – in winter it ran out after about 5‑6 minutes, so I had to finish my shower cold and ended up catching a chill.

The room was larger than the pics, the bed was huge and comfy, and the place was super clean. The staff were quick to reply on WhatsApp, and the shower was hot. The only gripe: the shared kitchen was clean, but the dishes weren't great.
