The breakfast was good, the location is excellent, and the staff are very good. The hotel ambience feels calm, comfortable and serene, and the room accessories are relevant and of good quality. Complimentary drinks add value. On April 26 at 7.30am, the reception arranged a taxi for my last‑day travel to the airport: a Red Buick with registration plate 911. The driver demanded RMB 188, which I found too high after having paid RMB 100 from Shanghai airport to the hotel. He was aggressive and did not give a proper receipt, so I ended up paying RMB 190. I felt robbed and suspect the reception staff were involved. Security footage could clarify the driver, the car, and who arranged it. This was the only bad experience during my stay.
