I loved how close it was to the center, the buffet was wonderful with a lot of food variety, and the rooms were very spacious. It was disappointing that the pools were closed and we couldn’t enjoy them.

“Essayé mais pas approuvé”

The staff at reception, the restaurant, and on the floors were pleasant. The room was clean and roomy, though you might miss some details. It’s well located near the center and the beaches. The pools didn’t work, the filter was out of service the whole stay, the public relations office existed but nothing was done, the two gentlemen seemed overwhelmed, the main restaurant terrace was under construction, the outdoor gym was really ridiculous, no assistance—paid or not—for luggage handling, and there were stairs with no elevator.

“Excelente ubicación”

The hotel’s location turned out better than I had imagined because we could walk to nearby restaurants and shops; the breakfast offered a variety that satisfied every palate, and we loved the different pillow options. The room we were assigned was a bit far, but since the hotel isn’t very large, that wasn’t a big deal.
