The hotel is within walking distance of the main station, making it a good base for Wiesbaden. The owners are warm and hospitable, and the hotel covers all basic needs with 24‑hour access. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the value for money is excellent. Cleanliness was good but could improve. Overall the hotel feels a bit dated yet still well maintained. In my room a lightbulb was out and the TV control tablet was broken, though I didn’t need either. On the day of departure there was no breakfast; people had gathered outside the breakfast hall, but it was locked and no staff were visible, which was disappointing and dulled the otherwise good overall impression.

The location near the train station and the Kursana Residence is exactly what I needed, though there are other, better options. The hotel’s overall condition is very old and unrenovated, with stained carpets, peeling paint, no glasses in the room, a narrow shower that lacks maintenance, and daily housekeeping that is unremarkable. I do not recommend it in any way.

The location is fine and the train station is close, with eateries and a supermarket nearby. The room had no air conditioning, which meant I had to leave the windows open all night for fresh air, creating an unsafe feeling. Vehicle noise and cigarette smoke seeped in through the open windows, ruining sleep. The building is very old, and the quality of materials used is mediocre.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is in dire need of renovation, a thorough cleaning, and the carpets and curtains are filthy. The balcony is dirty with old, creaking chairs. Absolutely not recommended.
