The check‑in service was excellent; we were given a quick tour of the hotel and help booking massage slots. The terrace by the restaurant was pleasant and had drinks available. The spa facilities were good, and overall it was good value for money. The buffet food was a bit average.

The place was tidy, clean, and the staff were friendly.

The staff were polite, the vibe was relaxed and there was no rush—perfect for unwinding. The only downside is that for a longer stay you’d want a few more amenities.

I was shocked to find a lot of ants in the bed—big disappointment. The mattresses were also uncomfortable, and the food was awful; the buffet lunch and dinner had nothing tasty. The room could have been cleaner, and overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Prices were way too high for what was offered.

The food was decent, but the thermal spa was packed and almost no one used the shower before jumping into the pool.
