“A nice place to stay, overlooking the beach and ocean.”
I stayed in a large, comfortable room that had a nice balcony, but the corridors felt damp and gloomy.

The sea view was stunning, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom and bed were clean, and the room was spacious; dinner at the restaurant had good quality. However, this hotel offers the worst value for money I've seen in South Africa and is poorly managed. The Wi‑Fi is bad, the windows (for the sea view) were poorly cleaned, and breakfast service was slow with no buffet; the usual bread varieties were out. Cleaning was happening all the time, making it feel like a construction site, and it was drafty and cold everywhere. I wanted to mention this at checkout, but the staff simply took my cards with the remark, “All good,” and then returned to their computer. What else could one say?

The location was great, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. It was very quiet, probably because of the time of year we stayed, and it was an expensive stay since not all facilities seemed to be available.

The rooms with a view of the bay are modern, clean, and neat; I would stay a week. The restaurant is good, but the timing was wrong for the stellar hidden gem of a pool, unfortunately.
