Room service was available around the clock and cleaning was thorough. The rooms were smaller than advertised, the bathroom was very cramped and had a bad smell, and AC didn’t work in one of the rooms we rented.

The staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t cleaned, the AC didn’t work properly, there was no hot water, and the bathroom gate was damaged.

The staff behaved well, yet the room cleaning was lacking.
