The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly, and the location was great; although the building looked run down, everything was very clean. I spotted a single cockroach (?) in the bathroom on my first day, and the highway proximity makes it a bit noisy.

We couldn't stay because the room smelled sickeningly bad and the bedding was stained and soiled; the linens were dirty and stained, so we demand a refund.
