The lodge was a great find, really modern and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a lovely surprise, but unfortunately, the mattress was a letdown - it was ridiculously thin and you could feel the springs. Still, it was a decent place to rest our heads.

This place was tiny, but had all the essentials, and we even got earplugs and an eye mask, just in case. The blinds were a bit of a mess, though - all dusty and grimy. And the mattress was no prize, really uncomfortable.

The location was spot on for exploring the area, and the lodge was generally quiet and relaxing. The facilities were good, and the hot tub was a bonus. The golf course cafe served up a decent breakfast. However, our last night was ruined by noisy neighbours - loud music and shouting till midnight.
