Sheraton Hanoi Hotel

“Ein Besuch wert”

We spent one night at the Sheraton and left feeling quite pleased overall; the room was tidy and comfortable, though it fell a bit short of what we’d expect from a five‑star property, the stunning city view more than made up for that. The breakfast stood out with a huge variety, fresh dishes and top‑quality food, and the entire team was consistently warm, courteous and eager to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. In short, the hotel is definitely worth a visit and we’d gladly return.

“Very good, nice place and garden, helpful staff, clean and comfort room.”

The room’s facilities are fully equipped, so I didn’t have to bring much. There’s no comfortable spot to enjoy drinks and relax; the sofa at the bakery counter near the lobby is only for outsiders, and hotel guests have to go to the dining area just to drink.
