The staff were absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend’s birthday was celebrated with a lovely “congratulations” decoration in the room, thanks to their help. They were so helpful and friendly! The room was beautifully decorated, we loved the interior.

The location is convenient for getting into the city center, and the property is attached to a popular bar. The room itself was cute but a little shabby. The floor tiles were loose and some were missing, and the street outside was noisy.

The location is very central and ideal for travelers who want to be right in the middle of the action, with bars, restaurants and nightlife just a short walk away. If you’re visiting Marseille mainly for its vibrant nightlife and want a lively setting, the location can be seen as an advantage. The self‑check‑in via the key box allows for flexible arrival times. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable in several respects and did not match the impression given by the description and photos at booking. Cleanliness was especially problematic: we found hair in the bed and bathroom and stains on the linens. Overall, the place did not seem to have been adequately cleaned before our arrival. In addition, there were functional issues, such as the water not draining properly. The noise level was significant and made a restful stay impossible for us. Another issue was access to the building: the main entrance door was exceptionally difficult and complicated to open. We could only manage to open it together, which was especially problematic for a place that operates entirely via self‑check‑in. To make matters worse, there was no on‑site contact person available. We reported the problems through the messaging system, but received no substantive response. All further attempts to contact the host went unanswered. The decisive factor for us was not a single flaw, but the combination of poor cleanliness, technical problems, high noise, difficult access, and lack of communication. Under these circumstances, we decided to leave the accommodation after only a few hours and not continue our stay.

“Muy recomendable!”

The room is beautiful and the location is very good. The fact that check‑in and check‑out are self‑service is very convenient and gives you a lot of flexibility. The only thing that could be improved is communication. We had a problem getting out onto the street (the door was stuck) and no one answered the phone or my messages via the booking platform. Fortunately we were able to leave, but we spent a good amount of time trying to get in touch.
