The staff couldn't speak English. When I arrived, the floor in my room was covered in water and I nearly fell. The toilet leaked, flooding the bathroom floor with toilet water. The shower was broken, and a random woman walked into my room even though the door should have been locked. This hotel is unsafe and unhygienic and should be shut down.
