The staff were kind, the receptionist efficient and professional, and the restaurant waiter absolutely adorable—attentive and eager to serve well, with remarkable food quality that was just delicious. However, the toiletry supplies were insufficient; a 4‑star should offer more. The welcome tray could be better stocked, and a coffee machine would be appreciated.

The breakfast was hearty and high quality, the room was calm and the bed comfortable, but there was no space to park a vehicle; we received a fine in 5 minutes while checking in, and the hotel parking is impractical for a SUV. The young front‑desk staff were unfriendly, rushed back to their phone, gave no information at check‑in, and the room lacked a fridge. The suspended toilet was far too high, and the services do not match a 4‑star rating.
