“Too pricey for quality”

The central location to Riva, the bus station, and local amenities was excellent, and the noise insulation was great. Unfortunately, the cover on the bed was dirty when we arrived; we caught the cleaner and told her, and she said it wasn’t a cover but a seat cover, so I told her I didn’t want anything dirty on the bed and she removed it, but she didn’t replace it with a clean one. The shower wall wasn’t bleached, so there was a bit of mould, and the bath didn’t drain properly, but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed because we didn’t want anyone else coming into the bedroom while we were on holiday. Some lights weren’t working, there was only one bedside lamp, and the balcony didn’t have a clothes rack to dry clothes—lots of little annoying things unfortunately.

“Great for a city break”

The location was fabulous and perfect for a short stay, but the hip roof made much of the floor area useless. I didn’t realize when booking that there would be one flight of stairs after the lift stopped on the second level.

The location was great, the staff were responsive, and there was plenty of room; the shower was nice. It would have been better with one more mirror for getting ready.

“Perfect location for us”

The location was fantastic, with easy walks to the market, restaurants, and bus terminal, and we were able to drop off our bags before check‑in time.

The building is in the best location ever and so convenient to go anywhere. We got the double bedroom and had the wrong idea, expecting a “studio” or “apartment,” but it was just a single room, and the window is a skylight, so you don’t really get a view.
