The staff were kind, but the room was clean yet dusty.

The staff were incredibly warm, the breakfast was spectacular, the room was comfortable, and the location was very quiet, safe, and close to Plaza de Armas.

The service was good, but the towel had to be changed.

The best part was the breakfast—very good, varied, and complete, with fruit, olives, and seeds, plus a vegan option. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels, shampoo, and body wash. However, you had to exit through an external staircase to reach the room floor, and there were only a few hand towels available.
