The sink stopper is defective— it can't be lifted, so I had to remove the entire stopper to keep water flowing. With no onsite staff, fixing this was inconvenient because I couldn't ask for help. The toilet door handle is a minor hazard in the narrow corridor; it’s easy to bump into it, which could be dangerous for kids when someone opens the door after using the toilet. I also asked about the check‑in process for a friend arriving a day later; after calling customer service, they promised a callback, but no one ever reached out even after I followed up.
