The room was spacious and the bathroom fully equipped, with a supermarket and both K‑ and M‑restaurants nearby making meals convenient; however, the oversized high‑back chair in the guestroom took up too much floor space, limiting the clearance around the bunk beds.

We found our room to be quiet, modern, clean, and comfortable, with a big, comfy bed and a spacious, tidy bathroom; the hotel sits in a great spot, right next to a bus stop and a short walk to Westfield shopping mall. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even letting us stash our luggage after we checked out. The only downside was that the on‑site café didn’t open until 8.00am, so we missed the chance for an early morning coffee before we had to leave.
