Everything about our stay blew us away—the hotel’s beauty, its stunning location, the excellent food, and the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professional, and we especially appreciated how the hotel feels family‑friendly yet luxurious and relaxing. Everything was meticulously planned and we felt genuinely cared for the whole time, so we’ll definitely return. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like; the experience was flawless from start to finish.

The place felt fresh and surrounded by beautiful nature, and the food was delicious. It offered the best mix of value and quality. The concierge was very helpful, and the restaurants—especially Beach Bar and Anaya—were amazing. We left feeling very happy. We didn’t encounter any major issues with the property; the only discomfort was a bit of humidity, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but rather a climate thing, and this summer is unusually hot in Europe, so it might just be abnormal weather.
