The room is too small, but the heating is top notch. I was supposed to check in at 3 pm, yet I couldn't access the room until around 7 pm; I called the apartment number several times without any answer, and this has been the most frustrating experience lately.

I never went there. They cancelled my reservation on the day I was supposed to check in because of maintenance, the service was poor, and my money wasn’t refunded until after three days.
