The lodge’s location is exceptional, right in front of the beach on a very beautiful and quiet stretch. Breakfast is divine, sometimes served at the table and on busier days in a buffet, always with a variety of fruits, options to order from the kitchen (scrambled eggs, tapioca, couscous), breads, cakes, and typical items (soursop juice, sweet potato, cheese bread, plantain, etc). The team was very attentive and always ready to meet our requests (Graca, Nubia, Ana, etc)—all very affectionate and welcoming. In front of the lodge, on the beach, there’s a semi‑covered area that’s very pleasant, with a bar service where you can also order dishes and snacks. The lodge has a pool, and the rooms have air conditioning. I loved it and plan to return in the future! The area has mosquitoes, so bring plug‑in and spray repellents (I attract a lot of mosquitoes, so I’m always prepared). The lodge also provides plug‑in and mosquito‑killing repellents. It’s not a luxury hotel, but if you’re aligned with that, you’ll love it. Since I love the caring and attentive service, and I verified before that the lodge has a 3‑star rating (so I wasn’t expecting luxury), I loved it!

“Péssima escolha de Pousada”

The beachside location and the fact that it’s on the sand are great, and the people are friendly. The room facilities were lacking: there was no hook to hang towels or bikinis, no paper‑towel holder or towel rack in the bathroom, and the electrical setup was shoddy, with wires dangling from the TV and internet device, all powered by a single extension on the opposite wall. When I turned on the air conditioner the TV would turn off or on. I stayed in a double room and only the larger room had AC; the other had just a fan. Interior doors had no handles, were old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The balcony had no hammock. At the reception, broken items were stacked on the benches (a broken mini‑fridge, a TV on the hallway floor, packages that had been there for days). The infrastructure was terrible. When I asked for a beach lounge chair it cost 30,00 per day—never seen that! The beach bar was closed on Mondays, so guests had to go elsewhere that day. The restaurant was also closed because it was low season. I won’t return or recommend this place.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment. Despite a warm welcome from the owner, the accommodations, service, and overall experience fell short of expectations. The breakfast was a highlight, but it wasn't enough to redeem the hotel's shortcomings.

“Receptividade ruim”

Our stay at this hotel was marred by poor reception, which made us feel unwelcome. Despite the excellent location and accommodation, the service was subpar. We felt that the staff's behavior was discriminatory, and the situation left a lasting impression. The other staff members, however, were friendly and courteous.
