“Comfortable clean, and convenient location near the airport”

We arrived at Bologna airport very late and just needed a comfortable bed close by. That fit the bill perfectly. The room was spotless. Check‑in was automated with a series of codes, so our late arrival wasn’t an issue (though we worried that the buzzing doors at 3 am might disturb other guests). The plumbing was a bit noisy. Because entry was all automated via door codes, we didn’t meet the owner. That was fine for us since it was a very short stay, but the anonymity might not suit everyone. The owner was very responsive on WhatsApp, though.

Very clean and appealing. The walls are so thin that you can hear when the tap is turned on in the neighboring room and every word is audible. Max. Recommended for 1 night.

Traveling with my mom, we felt very secure thanks to the three locked doors that separate us from the street, and Giovanni gave clear instructions that were very helpful.

“Bien.”

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the sink spacious, but although the area is well connected and bus stops are nearby, it takes about 20–30 minutes to reach the city center.

“Alloggio pulito e accogliente”

The room was very clean and welcoming, equipped with everything needed for a quick breakfast: a fridge, coffee machine, pods, kettle and two bottles of water. The bathroom supplied disposable slippers, two soaps and shampoo, though it lacked a shower enclosure and liquid hand soap. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay enough to recommend it. We did hear noises both inside and from neighboring rooms, and the price felt a bit high for the size and location, but we were still satisfied.
