They were always available and helpful, yet they tried to charge us an extra 40 pounds claiming we had made an incorrect booking despite all details being mentioned beforehand and approved; after speaking with him for a while and rechecking, he discovered he had made the error.

The place is great—just a 10–15 minute stroll to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and Little Hagia Sophia is practically next door. My room was spotless, the bathroom was attached, and the staff genuinely helped out. Breakfast choices were everywhere, and the area is full of cafés and restaurants. The hotel is right next to a park, so sightseeing is super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side—nothing dramatic, just compact. It’s exactly what you pay for; a little more space or storage would have made it even better, but it didn’t ruin the stay.
