“I will never visit this hotel again”

The location is good, near the MRT station. The bed isn’t good, the sink is in the centre… Might be a very old mattress. People are simply smoking in their own rooms and the air‑con is circulating around all the rooms which in the end affects my room (hotel states non‑smoking). To solve the smoke issue is to install smoke alarms and fine guests who smoke in rooms and corridors… Last night in the hotel, the staff then informed me there was a foc dinner and teatime complimentary. They told me their staff overlook in this issue which I already had dinner and wasted on the complimentary.

“Short stay visitor”

Although the hotel's facilities require renovation, the staff provided exceptional service, making for a pleasant stay. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. However, the hotel's outdated infrastructure detracted from the overall experience.
