“Vacances au Paradis”

The hotel is magnificent with beautiful amenities. The junior suite is a very spacious sea‑facing room with a zen pool right in front, a huge bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and a small touch in the room. The beach is paradise‑like, no need to reserve a sun‑lounger so there’s always a spot. The staff are very attentive. The food is exceptional, truly high‑end, and you can also dine at the other restaurants in the complex. The spa is perfect. The price is a bit high but worth it; expect some extra charges at certain restaurants.

We loved the hotel’s setting, with its stunning view of Morne and the beach. The staff are very kind and attentive. We also enjoyed the spa, the bars, the Indian restaurant, and the activities offered. The rooms felt a little old‑fashioned and our room was far from the common areas. We were told small shuttles were available, but we had to wait several times for a bus that never came. The buffet food was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Overall, for the price paid, we expected a slightly higher quality. It’s a shame, because the setting and view of Morne are truly beautiful.

“Traumhaftes Hotel”

The location is perfect and the whole resort is simply dream‑beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The evening buffet is very tasty and varied, and breakfast is also excellent. The rooms are a bit noisy.

Un séjour absolument parfait du début à la fin ! Nous tenons à souligner tout particulièrement la chaleur de l'accueil et la gentillesse remarquable de l'équipe. Un grand merci à Christopher au service bagagerie et à Yohanseen du côté des sports pour leur attention et leur professionnalisme au quotidien. L'expérience culinaire a été tout aussi mémorable, entre la belle diversité des buffets et une cuisine d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Une parenthèse magique que nous espérons renouveler très vite !. Si l'emplacement au pied de la montagne du Morne offre un décor spectaculaire, il est un peu isolé, ce qui demande plus d'organisation pour visiter le reste de l'île
