The staff were friendly, but the hotel didn’t really match the photos or other reviews; everything felt very old and in need of replacement. The location wasn’t exactly near the rainforest, but a 30‑minute drive was fine. We were arranged a nice tour, though we left the night earlier than planned. There’s nothing to do around, and you can’t just lie by the pool and relax. The bed was awful, and on the first night we were woken up constantly by barking dogs. Everything was damp, moldy, and damaged. I think it was once a beautiful hotel…

From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t far from town, and the swimming pool area was great. The food was also very good.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the area. The property is beautiful, service is excellent, meals are delicious, and the rooms are comfortable. The meticulous attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it!
