“Correct pour une nuit”

The room is very large, the location is ideal if you want to catch the early morning cruise to Gananoque. It’s fine for one night. The breakfast exists, even if it’s very basic. The heating makes a hellish noise (like a giant continuous fan). Even when turned off, we could still hear the heating in neighboring rooms. The shower system is surprising; the shower head is fixed high, so when you shower your hair inevitably gets wet, and the flow and temperature are controlled by a single button (meaning that if you want hot water you have to turn on a high flow).

“séjour très agréable dans ce motel confortable”

The motel‑style rooms are very spacious, with a green area in front of each room and an unused pool that must be great in summer; the beds are very comfortable, and there is a fridge. We walked to the Thousand Islands cruise and were able to visit the whole charming town. The only drawback is the lack of a curtain in front of the washbasin area; the breakfast is good (a plus for the pancake machine) but there is a lack of salty items.

The rooms were not really clean, and the bathtub had so much mould that I barely wanted to shower.

“Nice place to stay for what you pay for.”

We didn’t have a reservation but were welcomed and not forced to stay; Jay was very helpful, the room was clean, and I liked that there was no carpet. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was impressive—she kept the food area spotless, didn’t stop cleaning after guests, and made sure to refill whenever necessary.

“Great stay close to Thousand Islands”

The rooms were spacious with big beds, and the location was great for the 1000 Islands, though it sits on a pretty busy road, which didn’t bother us at all.
