“Worst and horrible place and equally horrible and uncultured, I’ll behaved owner”
I reached the location in evening along with my family and small baby and 2 small girls and to my surprise owner was informed there is no booking and is a scam and waste app. I requested for a room and showed booking and said I have senior citizen 78yrs, a small baby and family and travelled long distance and now if we are informed room not available is not polite and at least help us out. He was was extremely rude, impolite, mannerless and foul language, violent behaviour with his son were threatening and I had to make my family wait and find another hotel in the night which was extremely uncomfortable and painful. Owner and his son been extremely rude, impolite, mannerless and foul language, violent behaviour. And booking sold to someone else and not been informed and been told only after reaching at property. This was waste of my time and extremely painful as we had spend another 2 hrs on road with Elder person and small baby u til we found another hotel. This guy was simply worst behaviour person and I empathetic and u helpful. Do not suggest such places anymore to me in future
The owner was rude, and the hotel is far from the Mandir, forcing me to spend a lot on rickshaw; it would be better to stay at a place closer to the Mandir for convenience.
The staff provided excellent service, the room was clean and hygienic, Ajay ji helped us book an Omkareshwar taxi or local sightseeing auto rickshaw, and the hotel’s Shreem location is close to Mahakal Mandir; overall the experience was good and I would book this property again.

I was traveling with my family, and despite explaining the situation and requesting assistance, my request was not accepted. This caused unnecessary stress and disappointment before our trip.
