They welcomed us with coconut water in the minibar, fresh fruit, and that little touch that makes a difference. The atmosphere was family‑friendly, calm, the breakfast was delicious, and the service made us feel at home without unnecessary formalities. Everything was close to Praça da Xepa, restaurants, and the beach. It was such a pleasant experience that I already miss it and want to return! The car is parked right in front of the lodge.

Pousada Vento Norte turned out to be a very pleasant surprise for my family and me; the family room for five matched the online description, was spotless, the air‑conditioning worked well and the beds were comfy. The only minor hiccups were occasional Wi‑Fi drops in some spots and a slow refill of the flush tank, but those barely affected our comfort thanks to the quick response from the staff. I must say the service is the highlight here—Camilo and Bruna made us feel right at home, truly talented hosts. And for anyone unfamiliar with the place, the breakfast praise is deserved: the homemade breads are delicious, and from time to time Camilo even treats guests to extra culinary goodies during the day. All in all we were very happy with our choice and will definitely return on future trips to São Miguel, which boasts beautiful beaches.

The environment feels family‑friendly and cozy, perfect for traveling with kids. The breakfast is a unique experience. The host attends to us with great care and respect. The children played with the rabbits, which was wonderful. I’ll be back soon. Nothing to complain about.
