Clean, stunning view, and from the room you can actually see the monkeys in their natural habitat.
We love this spot; the views are spectacular, the facilities are super pleasant, the staff is very friendly, and breakfast was delicious. It’s a perfect escape from routine to reconnect with nature.

The staff were amazing!!! The chef used fresh, local ingredients and cooked superbly. The beach is tiny, but you can pay for a boat ride to a nicer beach.
The hotel looked beautiful and offered lovely views, but I arrived at 4:30 pm just as the pizza restaurant was about to close at 5:30 pm and was told they couldn’t serve me because “the owner had asked to close early.” Thirty minutes later I saw them still making pizzas for other guests, and when I asked again they claimed those were previous orders, even though I saw the diners arrive after me. I complained at reception; they said they would speak to the staff but offered no alternative while my wife and I were starving. The room fan didn’t work and the water stopped at 11 pm. Overall the staff were very friendly except for the beach‑club pizzeria team, whose actions ruined the whole experience. We paid about $750 for the stay, which feels far too much for a hotel marketed as luxurious given these problems.
