I would gladly give a negative rating for this hotel—it's the worst I've ever encountered! The room conditions were medieval: 1960s metal windows taped with plastic, half‑open, broken furniture, a shower without water pressure, and a faulty electric water heater. The reception staff were indifferent; I asked for an interior room immediately, they said none were available and handed me the same room on a different floor. The whole night was filled with noise from the karaoke clubs, and the next day they dared to charge me extra because I checked out half an hour late.
