“Mediocre”

I only liked the central area, but the staff’s arrogance and their condescending tone even during check‑in was almost annoying, constantly telling me, “I already wrote that in the message I sent you.” They didn’t accommodate any of my requests, such as a later checkout or the possibility of room‑service breakfast, let alone the breakfast itself. The photo shows the entrance where I had to leave.

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was good, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, which was a drawback for me because I work online. A shame!

“Camera passabile , gestione da evitare”

The Corallo room was pretty and clean, but there was no toilet paper. When I left for university I forgot the key chip in my pocket—my fault. My dad immediately paid the €20, despite repeated reminders, calls, and even a message from the owner’s dad. The next day, while I was in class, the owner called my dad about thirty times and threatened to report him to the Carabinieri for theft if he didn’t have news of the key within an hour. As soon as I got out of university, I shipped it back by registered mail. Threatening a police report for a paid key is simply excessive. I’m sorry to say this, because the woman who cleans the rooms and prepares breakfast tries to be friendly, but her very loud, piercing voice wakes me up every morning. Anyone staying in a guesthouse would want to sleep peacefully. Too bad, because the room was really nice.
