Our stay at the “Helios” hotel was truly amazing ❤️ It was especially nice that it fell on my birthday, which I celebrated with family. It’s valuable when a hotel not only welcomes guests but also creates a special atmosphere and remembers important moments. A special thank you for the warm birthday greeting – it was very heartfelt and unexpected. We stayed in a spacious two‑room suite because there were three of us. The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for a family holiday. I also want to highlight the incredible SPA – a fantastic place to fully relax and rejuvenate. Breakfasts were another major plus: very tasty, varied, fresh, and for every taste. The holiday was definitely a success! The only regret is that we stayed only one day. Work prevented us from extending the stay, but now we know we’ll return. Thank you “Helios” for a wonderful holiday, care, and beautiful emotions. That’s how special days should be. ❤️

They handled their duties with great care. The staff was pleasant, and the housekeepers were top‑level. The SPA was wonderful. The breakfasts were bland, but everything tasted good. The curtains and drapes were dirty. There was no bed linen set and no option to dry clothes after the SPA.

For the price it was almost perfect. There is no parking (except a few parking spots in front of the hotel).

Everything was great, except that the rooms were cold and not heated (night temperature was +3, day +7). It was uncomfortable.
