The place was clean, yet the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin.

The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing—very accommodating and friendly. The price was high because of the Fair (which wasn’t the reason I stayed), and the elevators and hallways smelled like a gym locker.

Staff were very helpful., especially Audrey at the front desk and Tim in the bar. My rate was well over what I was quoted. I did not realize the elevated rate until I arrived home

It looked pretty, and the staff were amazing and accommodating, doing their best with what they had to help us. The A/C unit leaked water, so we had to put a towel under it, and the toilet wasn’t fully clean.

The room was clean, but the shower door broke and the AC wasn’t working.
