The mountain location was delightful. The host was very friendly and kind, going out of her way to assist when I arrived late. The place was lovely and restful. Walking along the river to town was a highlight, and I enjoyed the nearby ruins, which were easily reachable from the accommodation.

The room was cute and clean, but there were several problems that made the stay less comfortable than expected. It is more than 2 km from Pisac, in the countryside with no restaurants or shops nearby. Transport is unreliable, so getting around without a car is hard. I expected peace, yet daytime construction and renovation noise were significant. At night, a neighboring house sometimes held parties and sang until about midnight. The advertised views were disappointing because the area is currently full of construction, dust, and brick piles. Small spiders appeared in the room. Worse, part of the ceiling fell during the night while I slept, dropping pieces of material and grass that scared me. Hot water was lukewarm in the morning and evening. The hosts were friendly, but staff were rarely on site and messages weren’t always answered quickly. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the listing could better reflect the current surroundings and facilities.

“Charming, magical solace!”

The guesthouse exudes charm and whimsical magic, with beauty at every corner and a natural earth feel. Tania and the owners welcomed me like family. I stayed in a beautiful double room with a rooftop window that let me see the moon at night. The area is authentically charming, quiet, and peaceful, and I fell in love with this lovely guesthouse. The shower was rarely hot, and I didn’t like the feel of the heavy Peruvian blankets—plush, comfortable duvets would be great.

“This is actually my second stay in this hotel, the last one was 6 months ago. No where else can be traquil as this place”

Very rustic and quiet, as if in another world. All is good.

Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Pisac archaeological center was spectacular, and the décor of the place was beautiful. The place meets expectations.
