The location is very good, but there’s no breakfast. The room is okay, though the facilities are not great: the tap fittings are old‑style, the geyser isn’t working, and overall it’s not well maintained.

Ventilation is awful here; rooms are sealed with no windows, the geyser never works, and the air‑con is unreliable 95% of the time, so there’s nothing to like.

I had to call the staff ten times for water in the room, the lights kept cutting off, and the AC was not working. Whenever I ordered something by phone I got a follow‑up. They charged more than the price I booked online, claiming a GST extra even though I had already paid the GST amount, so I paid 20 rupees. Even for a cold drink they added a 50 rupee delivery charge, making the drink 70 rupees – it felt like a robbery for the stay.
