I'm still trying to figure out how a hotel can be so poorly maintained. The air conditioning was out of commission, the window was broken, and we couldn't even close it. It was freezing in the winter, and the noise from outside was relentless. The staff at the reception seemed completely unhelpful, refusing to change our room or even provide a working heating system. To top it all off, the room was dirty, and the hot water was nonexistent. It was a truly terrible experience.

I've stayed here before and had no complaints, the location is great, the cleaning is top-notch, and the price is reasonable. However, the lack of soundproofing is a major issue - I've experienced it at other places in the region too. No matter what's being said in the next room, you can hear it all.

We were really impressed with our room - it was huge and had a fantastic view. The staff were also super helpful, going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The only downside was that the room was a bit of a trek from the reception area, but that was a minor quibble.

The staff were friendly, the hotel is right by the sea, and we managed to find parking nearby. We also had two balconies and a comfortable bed. However, there was no dishware in the room, but the staff kindly brought some over as soon as we asked.
