The property sits inside an industrial block; the photo on the site only shows the front, not the other units behind it. My room, 7, had filthy carpet that looked like an old care home. The welcome was a joke—just one person running the hotel at night. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ll contact the site because you’re exploiting it with the front picture.

We were thrilled with our stay and the overall experience. Everyone on the staff was approachable and friendly. The building works great as a wedding venue, and the ceremony ran smoothly.

The location is good, the place is well kept, comfortable, and welcoming. Every area—bar, restaurant, corridors, rooms—was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great, and the service brilliant.
