Everything was new, the room was large and close to the center, and the hotel has a restaurant with very tasty olot‑samsa; the light in the toilet was broken.

I chose this place in Shahrisabz and it worked out well. The breakfast was decent, the room was roomy, and the air conditioner was ice‑cold if that’s what you want. I’d suggest heading to the monument early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid paying extra. The mini markets across the street are handy. I booked online but forgot that payment was due on arrival, so I left early in the morning without paying—luckily the owner in Samarkand helped me transfer the money. Make sure to pay when you get there to avoid an awkward situation.
