The historic hotel in Colfiorito had a very convenient location… The best part was the room, large and ultimately comfortable, even though it was dirty and very shabby. Everything… The reception was cold to the point of rudeness, the room and common areas were dirty, worn, and untidy, the breakfast never arrived, and I could keep complaining for a long time.

The staff were kind and helpful; when I needed breakfast at 6.30 they set up and left packaged croissants, crackers, jams, and a thermos of coffee. The building has potential but the bathrooms need renovation.

The pool, breakfast, and minibar in the room were nice. The building and furnishings were very dated, cleaning was not very good, there was a lot of dust, and the towels smelled “old”.
