This hotel offers a pleasant stay, thanks to its welcoming staff and well-appointed rooms. However, there are some minor issues with the shower temperature that can be improved upon. The hotel's amenities, including a charming delivery robot, make it a great choice for families and those looking for a convenient stay.

The hotel's cleanliness and housekeeping were consistently impressive, but the breakfast options were limited to traditional Chinese cuisine and lacked international variety. Unfortunately, there was no on-site dining option available. However, the staff's assistance with online orders using their personal phones was greatly appreciated.
