The bed was comfortable and the elderly gentleman at reception was genuinely helpful, which I appreciated. The shower only delivered cold water and the whole place was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. On top of that, the cleaning wasn’t up to par – I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom and there was a noticeable sewage smell in room 711.
