“Decepcionante”
The place was fairly clean and the staff were very kind, but the spa never opened and nobody mentioned it before I booked; they didn’t tell me at check‑in either, and the website or hotel never said there was an extra charge for using it. I asked about the spa for the next day as soon as I arrived and was told I needed to reserve, but it was under maintenance and I was told a colleague would call back to confirm—no call came. I went to the front desk twice and no one was available to ask. The following morning at breakfast a girl said it was impossible because it had to be booked the day before; I explained the situation and she said she wasn’t sure if it was possible because the system had to be turned on and, if it was, it could only be done in the morning since there was no staff in the afternoon or evening. She said she’d check, then called my room to say it was completely closed for maintenance. So choosing this hotel was a terrible decision; I went for the spa and couldn’t use it, and neither the site nor the hotel mentioned a separate fee or the closure. Even the room had a sign inviting guests to use the spa without any price or closure notice.
Parking was fine, but it was too noisy.

The room was cozy, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower drain probably wasn’t working well; the shower tray filled up quickly and the water coming out of the shower soaked the bathroom floor. Breakfast was decent but not satisfying for someone watching calories; only watermelon was offered as fruit, and the yogurt was non‑natural and poor quality. The brioches and cake were good.
We were in Polesella for an event, and this place is worth keeping in mind!
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, even though we had to go through the bar. That bar was actually very nice and the whole staff was top‑class. We could eat there and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. We recommend a short walk of less than a kilometre: at the parking entrance take the underground passage and go to the Po River.
