“Lovely location, comfortable for our family's overnight stay with adequate bedroom space .”

This static caravan sits in a small park outside Leven, Fife, in the countryside. The spot is great and easy to reach by car. The area is quiet and the views from the caravan are lovely. The caravan itself was clean and the common living space was fairly roomy, with a small deck right outside. The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit tight, as expected for a static caravan, but that didn’t bother us since we only stayed one night. We arrived around 6 pm after a scorching day and the caravan felt hot and stuffy; opening the windows brought a decent breeze that cleared it out. We left the next morning at 8 am, and with the forecast calling for more heat, the caravan was already warming up noticeably. There’s nothing that can be done about that, but keep it in mind if you’re planning a stay during a hot spell.

“Tatty caravan with a nice view”

The view and shower were decent. There was no kitchen roll, the dish‑washing cloths were awful, a napkin was used instead of a tea towel, and there was no matching cutlery; all the cutlery and pans had to be washed before use. I even had to clean the windows and mirrors because they were covered in sticky finger marks. The bedding was cheap and low quality. The mugs were all mismatched and looked like charity shop finds. Only one knife for food prep, and it was blunt and useless. The kitchen appliances were poor quality. There was not a single table or side lamp even in the bedrooms. Wi‑Fi was very bad.
