We spent two days at the start of June in a comfy ground‑floor apartment that had everything needed and was spotlessly clean. It sits on the outskirts of Bastia Umbra, surrounded by peaceful countryside. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the real highlight was the well‑maintained garden with a stunning pool and loungers available.

We spent Easter there, after visiting Perugia and Assisi. The apartment is in a prime spot – closer to Assisi – and it’s beautiful, clean and well equipped so you feel at home. There’s free private parking, and the hosts are very kind. Thanks for their hospitality.
