Check‑in and check‑out were easy, the staff were very friendly, it was very quiet at night, and there was street parking. However, the smoking area was right under the room window, so early conversations were loud, and the room itself was very small.

The staff were very friendly, we could still dine at the hotel restaurant in the evening and the next morning the breakfast was fine, and the room supplied plenty of towels. We chose this hotel for the jacuzzi, but it didn’t work, and we even had to figure out how to get hot water—a huge disappointment. On top of that, there was only one soap bar, and spiders and cobwebs lingered in the corners. It was the most expensive room we’ve ever booked and also the most disappointing, so the price‑to‑quality ratio felt completely off. Very unfortunate. 😕

The bed and pillow were crumpled and looked as if someone had already slept in them, giving the impression the room hadn't been cleaned. There was no blanket on the sheets, no toilet paper when I returned late for bed, no small shampoo or shower gel, and a lot of dust on the baseboards. After I complained the next day I received toilet paper and fresh towels, but I won't book this hotel again because it's not worth the money.
