When I booked, the listing promised a “very good breakfast,” and it lived up to that claim. The location was convenient, the hotel itself was very pretty, and the view from my 17th‑floor room was lovely. The staff were super kind and attentive, and I think their hard work made my stay great. Terima kasih! I had a few toiletries missing at first, and the phone didn’t work when I tried to order room service, but otherwise I have nothing bad to say; I really enjoyed my stay and want to go there again.

The air‑conditioning in the rooms performed poorly; even after contacting them and having the filter changed once or twice, the AC remained bad throughout the property.

We celebrated our 25‑year wedding with the family, and the staff surprised us with swan‑shaped towels on our bed and a sweet note on the mirror. The room was on a high floor, giving a nice view, and the staff were helpful when we asked for a restaurant recommendation later that evening. Breakfast was pleasant because there was yogurt, which we craved after a few days of rice or toast.

“Passable”

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to the Whoosh train to Bandung. The room lights, however, were very dim, making the lighting poor.
