Rooms have work desks and TVs. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the Philips Music Centre, a 5-minute drive from the PSV Stadium, and a 10-minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station.

The location is good, with a shop, a coffee shop nearby and within walking distance from the train station and the centre; the staff were smiling. Everything seemed fine until you entered the room: the floor was dirty and even uncleaned, the mattresses and pillows were too soft, and for two guests only one bath towel was left. In room 201, one of the windows would not close. There was no heating in mid‑October and temperatures dropped to about 5 degrees at night!

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre and many cafés; everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Unfortunately, the ventilation and the smell in the corridors leading to the rooms and inside the room were very stuffy and had a bad food odor, something the hotel should pay more attention to.
