Affordable with great coffee. Some staff were rude and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable when we asked for something simple like toilet tissue.

“Just say no”

We had to try three rooms before finding one that was clean. The first room was so messy that only the person who left it could explain the mess—there were items all over the wall by the bed. The second room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the toilet was uncleaned. There was no ice bucket, just one towel, and no washcloths or other toiletries. The third room was clean, seemed free of bedbugs, and had no wall decorations, so we stayed there. If you want a refund, management has to approve it, and they were not going to do it when we stayed. We travel four nights a week and will not book Days Inn again.

“This was horrible I had to check out early”

The hotel had a terrible smell, especially cigarette smoke. The elevator and hallway also smelled awful. The windows had several broken blinds, so there was no privacy in the room. The bathroom was dirty, with footprints stained into the bathtub, and the dresser had dust and dirt on it. I had to call the manager because the “no smoking” room next door was reeking of cigarette smoke. The manager knocked on my door and told me he had asked the guest to stop smoking, but that caused a huge inconvenience because I could still smell it outside and inside my room. I had to check out at 10 pm even though I was supposed to stay until 11 am the next morning.

“overdue with remodeling”

The hotel feels outdated with no upgrades to the bathroom, floors, or tile. The toilet paper holder was broken, and overall the room does not look sanitized. I think it shouldn’t be promoted.
