Nice location, clean apartment, good bed and very friendly, helpful, quick‑responding host. A small improvement would be to put glasses down so you can drink comfortably, and use real cups instead of cardboard coffee cups. Also a book with city information, a map and tips would be nice. It’s on a busy through‑road, so you need to be prepared.
The location was great, the room was very clean, and communication with the owners was good.
It was a small flat but located very conveniently near the center.
I found the room cozy and spotless, but the close proximity to other rooms made the noise a bit of a nuisance.

If you ignore the issues below, it’s a nice stay; first you enter your passport details and pay the nightly tax via the vikey system before you go, then you log in online for every door until you reach the house, so you need internet. When I tried to unlock my room, the system warned me about a different room’s door, which was a problem, but I later got a general code through messaging and could enter. The room was clean and the location was decent. Public transport can be late for flights or trains, so leave earlier. The towels had a woman’s hair on them; if I hadn’t brought my own towel, it would have been an issue, and the room wasn’t cleaned for three days.
